Our Commitment to You
Here at Dynamic Therapy, our motto is, “Home town people taking care of your needs.” What we mean by that is we are just like our patients in so many ways. We grew up locally, went to school locally, and chose to work and volunteer locally. We love to get to know each patient of ours, not just medically, but their goals, their expectations, and their stories. We know that coming in to see your friends, not just your therapists, will set you at ease and make the trip here one that you look forward to.
In addition to our out patient services, we serve children with disabilities of the Iberville Parish School System. We help care for the elderly at Iberville Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing, and we provide in-home care through Home Health Agencies. We also gladly volunteer our time and talent with local high schools. It’s our way of giving back to the community that has given so much to us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I Need A Doctor's Referral To Schedule A Visit?
Physical therapists now have direct access which means a physician’s referral is no longer need to receive therapy. The majority of insurances will pay for physical therapy without a referral. Please contact our office at (225) 749-2065 to schedule an appointment.
What should I expect on my initial visit?
Patient should arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork unless told otherwise. The first visit involves a one-on-one evaluation between the patient and the physical therapist. The therapist will then write a plan of care for the patient’s treatment and rehabilitation.
What should I bring to my initial visit?
Any medical records pertaining to the reason of the visit, such as MRI reports, x-rays, etc., Insurance Card(s), valid form of Identification such as a driver’s license, a list of any medicines the patient is currently taking, including over the counter and prescription, as well as the dosage and frequency, a form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and HSA/HRA, as well as cash and checks.
It is also a good idea to bring a list of questions in reference to your condition. Many times, patients have questions and forget them once they are in the evaluation with the therapist. Patients that are 17 or younger will need a parent or guardian.
Will I be covered by insurance?
Every insurance plan varies. Our office will check your benefits, but we recommend the patient to check their benefits as well. Please see the list of insurance companies that we are in-network with here. If you do not see your insurance company listed, please call our office at (225) 749-2065.
If you don’t have insurance, Dynamic Therapy, LLC has a self-pay option. Please contact our office at (225) 749-2065 for more information.
How often will I need to come to therapy?
Most patients receive therapy 2-3 times per week. The frequency of the patient’s visits depend on the injury, the therapist will complete a plan of care accordingly.
What should I wear?
Please wear clothing which allows the patient to comfortably move while performing exercises. Clothing must also allow access for treatment of the injury. If you are unsure of what to wear on the treatment days, ask the therapist what they recommend.
